Xoconostle Marmalade

Xoxonostle is a type of nopal or cactus that produces a bitter prickly pear fruit.

It’s hard not to like this intense, sour jam made from the prickly pear fruit known asxoconostle. It has all the sourness of a traditional marmalade but with no bitterness and just the right amount of sugar to balance the flavors.

Xoconostle Marmalade

xoxonostle produced by TM NOPAL and the farmers they work with is cultivated using organic methods. The production process is completely natural from harvest, to cleaning of the fruit, solar drying, and packing. The specially design facility uses gravity and sun to do most of the work, minimizing the need for water, gas or electricity, and offering a calm pleasant workspace for the TM NOPAL staff

Produced in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico and distributed in the USA exclusively by TM-NOPAL
